Results: 13th Annual Michelle McKiernan 5K Road Race on Tuesday 27th May 2025

Star of the Sea AC would like to thank all athletes, spectators and volunteers for the wonderful evening of racing in Stamullen. We were fortunate to have a fast race in which Jonas Stafford from UCD A.C./ Dublin Track Club, and trained by Feidhlim Kelly, equaled our course record of 14.53 previously set by Andrew Coscoran of Star of the Sea A.C. in 2023. Also congratulations to our very own ladies team who won the Michelle McKiernan Cup by the slender margin of 16 seconds from neighbouring club Drogheda & District. We look forward to seeing everyone at other Meath Athletics road races over the summer. Full results are available here.

35th Annual Cross Country Meeting

Sunday 28th September 2025

Star of the Sea AC are delighted to announce that our Annual Cross Country Meeting takes place at Greenanstown, Stamullen, Co. Meath on Sunday 28th September starting at 11.00am. All juvenile and adult races will be chip timed and there will be no entries on the day.

The race numbers will be given out in the car-park field and athletes with numbers will have free entry to the race field. Spectating adults will have to pay €5 at gate.

14th Annual Michelle McKiernan 5K Road Race

Star of the Sea AC are proud to announce that our Annual Michelle McKiernan 5k Road Race takes place in Stamullen, Co. Meath on Tuesday 26th May 2026. Start time: 8pm start for the 5k event, with juvenile fun races beginning at 7pm. The main race will be chip timed and there will be no entries on the day. More details to follow
